Q&A

Q: What happens if someone "misses" on their first DU attempt?
A: The athlete may continue to attempt DU until they hit at least 1 DU or elect to "give up" at any point and perform 3 burpees.
Q: "The team may also complete 2:1 Synchronized Knee Raises at any point" So, one pair could do 10 synchro T2B, drop off and the other pair do synchro knee raises, drop off and the first pair do another 10 synchro T2B?
A: Yes this is correct. The team may switch back and forth between T2B and Knee Raises at any point in the workout. However, the team is required to stop completely on the bar (they are allowed to hang on the bar), announce to the judge they are switching to knee raises or T2B and begin working as soon as the judge gives the confirmation.
Q: "Each athlete must perform at least 1 DU when their turn arrives." If the first 3 people get through the 150 DUs is that ok because it never got to the 4th person or does everyone have to do at least one DU?
A: Once the 150 DU are complete, the team moves on. If the 150 DU are completed by the first 2 athletes, then the other two do not have to do any DU (or burpees).

Q&A

Q: Can the OHS weight be modified?
A: OHS Modification Option: If the team chooses to it may elect to perform the set of 30 OHS at the initial weight of (95/65), as well as the Squat Snatches. If the team elects to exercise this option, it will be ranked against other teams who also exercise this option. Any team who performs at least 1 OHS at (115/75) will rank above teams who exercise the lighter OHS option.

Q&A
